1. Water - an Introduction

Water is the most common and the most important substance on earth. Two thirds of the surface of this planet are occupied with water. Every living being consists mainly of water. An adult person consists of 65-70% water, a child up to 80-85%. In its free form (in oceans, rivers, lakes), there are approximately 1,5 x 1021 kg water on earth. In addition, water exists bound in organic and inorganic matter, i.e. granite consists of 60% bound water, human bones of 20% and human nerve cells consist of up to 80% bound water.

Water is in every respect a unique substance, since many physical and chemical laws do not apply to it . The importance of water in the natural sciences is demonstrated by the fact that the physical parameters density, viscosity and temperature were defined based on the physical characteristics of water.

Numerous written records exist from all ancient civilizations pointing to the importance of water and its vital contribution to all life forms.

At the end of the 18th century, the English physicist G. Kavendish discovered that water consists of oxygen and hydrogen. In 1805 Alexander v. Humboldt discovered that each water molecule is formed by two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. A hundred years later, it was discovered that water consists of a variety of water molecules since hydrogen and oxygen consist of different isotopes. The three atoms in H2O are connected in an angle so that each molecule is a sensitive dipole and a diamagnet. Because of the dipole characteristic and the resulting electromagnetic forces, water molecules build three-dimensional structures, called 'clusters', which can serve as carriers of bioinformation.

Life developed in water and is only possible with water . All special characteristics of water are utilized for life and the creation of life:

  • Water is an ideal solvent. In the human body, solution and transportation of substances takes place in water. Water is the main actor in all metabolic processes in living beings.
  • Water is not a liquid substance in the common sense, rather a lithotropic liquid crystal . This characteristic is particularly important for several processes, which take place in the cell . By being in contact with water, many substances in the human body stay in colloidal form - the main form of living beings.
  • Water has a large variety of electromagnetic characteristics . Water clusters are highly sensitive to external electromagnetic fields and store information in their structure. Water in all its forms is an important sensor in the living being, for absorption of environmental information as well as for transmission of information inside the body.
  • Flowcharacteristics, currents of water and its surface tension are used in the body for transmission of forces and for transport 'upwards', i.e. against the gravitational force. These characteristics of natural water, which were very well observed and utilized by Viktor Schauberger are however dependent on external circumstances. They are also of vital importance in energy transmission.

All functions of living organisms are controlled/regulated by the information of the morphogenetic field. Part of this information is 'earth information' (Yin) and 'cosmos information' (Yang). This very important earth information is amply stored in spring water. Water is living water if it can do all of these functions. Unfortunately, even the best water loses all of its vital characteristics after being directed through a pipe of a length of only approximately 80 m (250 feet) - it turns into dead water! In order to revitalize this water and to make it usable for the human body, the water should be re-supplied with the ability to build large clusters and with certain information from the earth.
There are several ways of doing this:

  • before use, one can shake, whirl or drop water;
  • special magnets which create a strong magnetic field gradient, can be applied to the water route;
  • certain selected minerals, placed in the water, are to a large extent capable of restructuring the water.

    2. Activation (Revitalization) of Water

In the course of several years of research, we succeeded in creating a reasonable process to improve the quality of drinking water: the SICON-Aqua-Activator Sleeves and the SICON-Aqua-Activator Stirring Rod. The SICON-Aqua-Activator consists of a variety of minerals, chosen especially for the purpose of revitalization, and of quartz sand, programmed with information to support the vital processes of the human homeostasis. This information includes the resonance frequencies of all important vital channels (meridians or acupuncture points) of the human body, information for stabilization of the chakras and more. The composition of the SICON-Aqua-Activator proved to be particularly beneficial for humans. The chosen minerals not only transmit information, due to their crystal structure they also create in their surrounding area favorable conditions for reception and transformation of cosmic energy (to a certain extent comparable to orgone generators).

The SICON-Aqua-Activator transmits the information to water nearby, a process that happens very fast. Regular water flow through a pipe equipped with the SICON-Aqua-Activator sleeve is sufficient for the process of information and energy transfer to occur. To achieve particularly good drinking water results, we recommend wrapping a SICON-Aqua-Activator sleeve around a carafe or bottle with water. After only a few minutes the reactivation process is completed.

We examined the SICON-Aqua-Activator sleeves in view of their efficiency with different water qualities and were excited to discover that the effect of the sleeves is scarcely dependent on the original water quality (i.e. hardness). However, the sleeve should not be placed near electromagnetic disturbances (i.e. electric wires) and not installed too far from the faucet (preferable less than 30 - 50 feet). In addition, after passing through the sleeve, the water should not be exposed to turbulences (i.e. in a water meter).

The SICON-Aqua-Activator sleeves are very easy to install by wrapping them around the water main or water pipe. The SICON-Aqua-Activator stirring rods are simply placed inside the water that is to be activated (cups, bottles or swimming pools).

    3. Water Tests

We performed numerous comparative studies with other water-vitalizing systems.

During these tests, we established the existing bioresonance in the different water samples with reference to the resonance system of the human organism. We analyzed whether different resonance phenomena occurred depending on the treatment method.

In addition, we performed bioenergetic tests to assess the information-energetic interaction of the treated drinking water with the human homeostasis (study of the effects of the treated water tests on the human).

Information-energetic interaction between the information of the water sample and humans (or other biological systems) occurs when the sample is placed near the morphogenetic field of the human. Thus, a bioinformation field develops around the person, which determines her homeostasis, and therefore influences the biofunctional regulating mechanism of the organism. This shall be demonstrated by biophysical measurements of the homeostasis of three test persons. We chose biofunctional organometry and bioelectric functional segmental diagnostic as test methods, both performed with the expert system IMEDIS. This system allows an accurate documentation of the effect of diverse environmental factors on the human homeostasis and its dynamic adaptability.

The following methods were used for the water analysis:

3.1 Determination of the resonance frequencies of the water utilizing the Bioresonator Rayocomp PS 1000 and interpretation of these numbers according to "Steuerplan des menschlichen Körpers nach Paul Schmidt".

3.2 Analysis of the effect of the water on human homeostasis with the expert system IMEDIS.

3.2.1 Analysis of the effect of the water on human homeostasis following the method bio-functional organometry utilizing the expert system IMEDIS.

3.2.2 Measurement of the effect of the water on the human body following the segmental diagnostic method, also with the expert system IMEDIS.

In the following we explain the methods and discuss examples:

3.1 Analysis of the water quality by determining the resonance frequencies utilizing the bioresonance analyzer Rayocomp PS 1000 and the effect of resonance frequencies on humans.

The bioresonance analyzer measures the water quality directly via resonance symptoms. The effect on humans is analyzed and interpreted following the 'Steuerplan nach Paul Schmidt'.

We chose the so-called passive reception of information, e.g. the water samples were placed on a wooden board in a certain distance from the resonator. The experimenter worked with the biosensor in the area between resonator and the sample.

During this extensive test, we performed comparative experiments with other water samples.

We chose a frequency band of 0 to 100 Hz and the measurements were taken in steps of 0.5 Hz.

The goal of these experiments was not to determine the exact resonance frequencies but to estimate the water quality following the bioresonance method. These tests were repeated several times during varying times (moon phase I) and were in general performed double-blind.

The following example demonstrates a comparison of water treated with the SICON-Aqua-Activator, tap water from Wiener Neustadt, Austria, spring water from Maria Schutz am Semmering, Austria, and water from the Himalayans.

    • Sample 1 - tap water Wiener Neustadt, Austria
    • Sample 2 - water from the church Maria Schutz, Austria, spring on the Semmering Mountain.
    • Sample 3 - water from the Milarepa Spring on the Kailash, Tibet.
    • Sample 4 - water, which was informed with the SICON-Aqua-Activator sleeve.

The resonances were measured in steps of 0.5 Hz. The following tables summarize the results.

Interpretation of tables 1 and 2:

    1. Sample 1 with its mostly negative resonance values does not need to be discussed. On all levels, this water sample shows a massive negative effect. Based on the negative resonance number -2.50 (life energy and epiphysis) and the many negative resonance frequencies of the higher process level and chakras, this water can be categorized as bad drinking water. Further analysis even showed precisely how this water can harm the human health if consumed continuously. However, this is beyond the scope of this report.

    2. Samples 2, 3 and 4 have mainly positive resonance values.

    3. Water treated with the SICON-Aqua-Activator sleeve has similar characteristics to both Himalayan water (6 matching and 16 adjacent resonance values) and the spring water from Maria Schutz (8 matching and 16 adjacent values). All three water samples have a positive effect on the brain activity and the general processes of the higher level.

    4. Both SICON-Aqua-Activator water and Himalayan water show no negative resonances in the entire processing system of the human body! We analyzed numerous water samples of various origins with this method, and very rarely we found similar results. Even Maria Schutz water shows a negative resonance number on the level of organs controls.

    5. Water activated with the SICON-Aqua-Activator stabilizes the function of the crown chakra and of the heart chakra. Further analysis showed several particularly good resonance qualities of the activated water which make it valuable not only for drinking and bathing purposes but also for the storage of information for healing purposes (e.g. for drops or homeopathic remedies).

3.2 Studies of the Water Effects on the Human Homeostasis with the Expert System IMEDIS.

The expert system IMEDIS permits to record both the primary state of the homeostasis and the immediate reaction of the body to a change in the environment.

For the prognosis of the body reaction to one or several environmental factors, it is necessary to initially measure the "neutral" environment. The result of this reference measurement (the determination of the is-state of the test person) serves as a comparison standard to the measurements of the body functions in the "modified" environment. During this procedure each control spot of the main meridians or electro acupuncture point is measured, thus 40 meridian points - or bioactive points (BAPs) - each of which has a relative to the surrounding area reduced electrical skin resistance (located approximately 3 mm below the skin surface). As required, additional meridian points can be measured for more precise test results.

Immediately after the reference measurement, the test person is exposed to the "modified" environment, the influences of which are to be determined.

The second measurement was performed by placing a water sample in the measurement area. The sample water was filled in a small test tube (2 ml), which was placed inside the electrode.

When doing the reference tests, all other conditions should remain constant. Therefore, the time between the measurements in the "neutral" and "modified" environments should be as short as possible and all other parameters should stay the same. The test person should not eat or drink, or change clothes, for example.

The tests were performed with the expert system IMEDIS following two methods:

    3.2.1 Electric Bio-functional Organometry

Each biological system has a sensitive and complex regulatory system of adaptive and defensive reactions to changes in the conditions of its environment. These changes can manifest on the physical level, as radiations or plainly as new information in the morphogenetic field of the system. The biological system reacts immediately to change, regardless of whether it receives the information with its diverse sensors or from the changes of the bioenergetic information flow. The reaction manifests in detectable changes of the current processes in the body functions, resulting in a new-adaptation of the biofunctional system corresponding to the environment.

The following methods were used to interpret the measurement results:

    1. 1. Visual examination of the meridian circle diagram.
    2. 2. Estimates of the "dynamic deviation factor", offered and calculated by the expert system IMEDIS.

The meridian diagrams show the results of the measurements of the control points (on hands and feet) in form of a circle diagram stating the control points. At first, there are two circle diagrams, one for the left and one for the right half of the body. The system allows us to superimpose the diagrams of two tests for comparative analysis. The blue diagram shows the results of the first measurement (= old values), the red diagram shows the results of the second measurement (= new values).

The abbreviations stand for the following functions:

Ly = Lymph    MP = Pancreas (right), spleen (left)
Lu = Lung    Le = Liver
Di = Large intestine    Ge = Joints
Nd = Peripheral and central nervous system    Ma = Stomach
Kr = Circulation    Bi = Connective tissue (mesenchym state)
Al = Allergic reaktion    Ha = Skin
Od = Organic tissue (except for endocrine glands and mamma glands)    Fe = Fat metabolism of all organs and vessels
3E = Endocrine glands and pancreatic internal secretion    Gb = Gall bladder
He = Heart    Ni = Kidney
= Small intestine    Bl = Bladder

The doubling of the lines in the circle diagrams corresponds to the indicator drop according to Voll and characterizes a deterioration of the biofunctional regulative state of the respective function. This represents the system not being able to sustain the current state of the homeostasis under a minimal stimulus (test stimulus of 1.2 Volt). The instability of the homeostasis is expressed by a continuously declining reading. The first value of the measurement decreases in correspondence with the regulative weakness of the respective functional sector.

The center of the diagrams corresponds to the null value, the two green circles frame the normal area (50 to 65 units). The outer circles define the maximal possible value of 100 units (standardization).

The IMEDIS system offers numerous other display options for a more specific and detailed analysis. They include superposition diagrams, diagrams detailing meridian connections, and tabular evaluation of the test results. A detailed explanation of these features would be beyond the scope of this report.

The "dynamic factor" allows a chronological display of the state of the homeostasis over the course of several measurements. During each measurement, the system monitors the variation of the standard value and calculates the standard deviation. Standard deviation is the median of the integral coefficient of the deviations of the measured points.

The colored columns in the graphic represent the standard deviations of the various functional sectors as deviation factors in percent. The closer (distant) this factor is to zero, the more the body functions approach (leave) the biofunctional optimum.

It is also possible to determine the dynamic factor solely based on the 'bad' bioactive points (BAP). As mentioned above, optimally the standard deviation should be zero. Based on experience, pathological symptoms are likely to be observed if this factor is greater than 10% at all measured points. However, this estimate can be blurred by the fact that the dynamic factor allows no determination of the exact number of meridians that are affected by a deviation from the norm, i.e. different situations can result in the same value. (Example: a dynamic factor of 10 indicates that either several meridians show minor deviations or one meridian shows a major deviation, while the remaining show no deviation.)

To distinguish these scenarios, the IMEDIS system offers the possibility of calculating the median standard deviation only using "bad" meridians. Thus, comparative analysis can be based only on those functional areas, which show the strongest reactions to changes in the environment, and these deviations can further be analyzed in detail.

We performed these tests numerous times with different water samples. The following is an example of a typical test result:

    Fig. 1

    Fig.1 - Click to enlarge

Fig. 1: Circle diagrams of test person K. N. (60), illustrating the effect of SICON-Aqua-Activator water on her homoeostasis. It is obvious that water activated with the SICON-Aqua-Activator considerably reduces the deviations of the homeostasis. With activated water, all meridians are within the norm, except for the Fe- and Al- meridians. In the original state the values for Heart (left), Liver (left), Heart (right) und Liver (right), Lung (right) were outside the norm.

Fig. 2: Comparison of the effects of water activated with the SICON-Aqua-Activator (red) and mineral water from the store (blue) on the same test person. The graphic is self-explanatory. Sparkling mineral water clearly brings almost all meridian values outside the norm.

Figs. 3 and 4: Dynamic deviation factor for test person K.A. Die deviation effects of SICON-Aqua-Activator water and Maria Schutz spring water are positive. In both samples is the dynamic factor 1. If we look at the dynamic at Fig. 4, we see that the effect of the SICON-Aqua-Activator water is even better than the Maria Schutz spring water! SICON-Aqua-Activator water brought 31 of 40 measured control points within the norm compared to only 25 with Maria Schutz spring water. The comparison of the standard deviation parameters shows the same results.

    3.2.2 Bioelectric Functional Segmental Diagnostic.

This measurement occurs automatically and cannot be influenced by the tester. The test person is connected with electrodes on feet, hands and the forehead. The test consists of three measurement cycles of the seven conduction pairs of the Biological Active Zones (BAZ) in the order as listed in the following table.

The first measurement is performed at the each of the seven conduction pairs with a constant electrical current of negative and positive polarity (11 uA, 1.21 V). Then, each of the BAZ is stimulated by electric impulses of frequencies from 13 to 30 Hz in the same order as above. After the following control measurement, the BAZ are stimulated a second time, and a later third measurement concludes the three-fold test cycle.

The following table lists the seven conduction pairs and their functional relation to the organs and other areas of the human organism (i.e. their supply/support via the nerves).

The phantom images are interpreted via the dysfunction of the respective areas, which are identified by the respective color according to the scale. The scale ranges from 'nicht festgestellt' (not detected) to 'funktionelle Störungen' (functional disorders) and 'pathologische Störungen' (pathological disorders).

NN Conduction Pair Functional Information Relations
1 Forehead left - Hand left Central nervous system, left eye, left ear, left frontal sinus, left maxillary sinus, cervical vertebral column, tonsils, teeth in upper jaw, left heart area, upper left lung lobe, nerves, vessels and joints in left arm
2 Forehead right - Forehead left Central nervous system, cervical vertebral column, frontal sinuses, teeth in upper jaw, tonsils
3 Hand right - Forehead right Central nervous system, right eye, right ear, right frontal sinus, right maxillary sinus, cervical vertebral column, tonsils, teeth in lower jaw, right heart area, upper right lung lobe, nerves, vessels and joints in right arm
4 Hand left - Hand right Heart, lung, gullet, thyroid, thoracic, stomach, diaphragm
5 Hand left - Foot left Left kidney, heart, left lung, thoracic vertebral column, gullet, stomach, pancreas, sigmoid flexure, descending colon
6 Foot right - Foot left Urogenital system, rectum, lumbar region
7 Hand right - Foot right Hepatobiliary system, appendix, right kidney, ascending colon, lumbar vertebral column, descending colon, small intestine

Within the system IMEDIS, both the amplitudes of the measured values and the behavior of the response signal during transmission to the instrument can be accurately analyzed. The system provides the interpretation of these values in form of an integral and a differential diagnostic.

The integral diagnostic includes the following statements about the state of health of the respective test person:

    • Type of the unspecific reaction, i.e. the energetic state of the organism.
    • Tonus of the vegetative nervous system, i.e. sympathetic or parasympathetic tendency.
    • Type of regulation, i.e. the state of the Ca2+-channel permeability, drainage and balance of the catalysts
    • Oxygen consumption in the tissue
    • State of the immune reaction
    • Vegetative irritable syndrome (localization zone)
    • Systems with disturbed functions, i.e. qualitative estimates of the dysfunction in cerebro-vascular, cardio-respiratory, gastrointestinal, urogenital, endocrine, hepatobiliary, hepatotoxic or odontological functional areas.
    • And several specific criteria and reactions.
With the differential diagnostic the following 6 phantom images of different body areas can be used for analysis:
    • Potential target organs
    • Analysis of the innervation of the segments
    • Analysis of the skin innervation
    • Vertebrogenic diagnostic
    • Odontogenic diagnostic
    • Sympathetic vegetative nervous system
The results gained with these diagnostic options indicate the extent of the disorder, dysfunction or pathology of the respective organ or system. The expert system IMEDIS offers even more detailed analysis options if necessary.

All tests were performed double blind, i.e. neither the experimenter nor the test person knew which sample was tested at a certain time.

Figures 5 and 6 illustrate the is-state of test person K.A.:

    Fig. 5

    Fig.5 - Click to enlarge

    Fig. 6

Figure 5 shows as is-state a potential organic dysfunction and figure 6 indicates a sympathetic dysfunction of the vegetative nervous system. Clearly there are strong tensions in the left hand and shoulder area, a dysfunction of the thyroid gland, strains around eyes, epiphysis, trigeminal nerve, numerous ganglions in the spine - particularly cervical vertebral column - and heart.

As soon as the test person is introduced to the information corresponding to the SICON-Aqua-Activator, the figures change (fig. 7 and 8). Each dysfunction that originally showed almost pathological developments, is almost completely eliminated!

In comparison, figures 9 and 10 show the effects of the Maria Schutz spring water on the same test person.

    4. Conclusion:

In the last decades, everywhere on earth, the environment changed to the worse. Three factors particularly impair our chances of survival:

    • permanent electronic smog
    • a multitude of new types of chemical substances around us, in our food, our clothes, apartments and in our work environment.
    • contamination of air, soil and ground water
In this situation it is particularly important to change our drinking behavior 9,10.

The body needs to be supplied with more liquids and the drinking water should be of especially good quality.

Based on the description above, the SICON-Aqua-Activator sleeves and stirring rods offer a good and reasonable solution for energizing and structuring of the drinking water.

In addition, it should be mentioned that highly structured water - water with large, well formed clusters - easily flushes and dissolves solid particles e.g. carbonates.

Hazardous substances in drinking water (e.g. nitrates), though not physically annihilated, are flushed easier out of the human body.

These substances dissolve easier in water systems and are less likely to form deposits inside machinery. If your tap water contains carbonates, you can easily perform the following little experiment. Fill one container with activated water, and another one with regular tap water and leave them for a while. After a while you will see that while carbonatic deposits exist in both containers, they are easily removed from the one with activated water. With regular tap water, the carbonates stick to the walls and bottom and can hardly be removed.
