Interpretation of tables 1 and 2:
- Sample 1 with its mostly negative resonance values does not need to be discussed. On all levels, this water sample shows a massive negative effect. Based on the negative resonance number -2.50 (life energy and epiphysis) and the many negative resonance frequencies of the higher process level and chakras, this water can be categorized as bad drinking water. Further analysis even showed precisely how this water can harm the human health if consumed continuously. However, this is beyond the scope of this report.
- Samples 2, 3 and 4 have mainly positive resonance values.
- Water treated with the SICON-Aqua-Activator sleeve has similar characteristics to both Himalayan water (6 matching and 16 adjacent resonance values) and the spring water from Maria Schutz (8 matching and 16 adjacent values). All three water samples have a positive effect on the brain activity and the general processes of the higher level.
- Both SICON-Aqua-Activator water and Himalayan water show no negative resonances in the entire processing system of the human body! We analyzed numerous water samples of various origins with this method, and very rarely we found similar results. Even Maria Schutz water shows a negative resonance number on the level of organs controls.
- Water activated with the SICON-Aqua-Activator stabilizes the function of the crown chakra and of the heart chakra. Further analysis showed several particularly good resonance qualities of the activated water which make it valuable not only for drinking and bathing purposes but also for the storage of information for healing purposes (e.g. for drops or homeopathic remedies).
3.2 Studies of the Water Effects on the Human Homeostasis with the Expert System IMEDIS.
The expert system IMEDIS permits to record both the primary state of the homeostasis and the immediate reaction of the body to a change in the environment.
For the prognosis of the body reaction to one or several environmental factors, it is necessary to initially measure the "neutral" environment. The result of this reference measurement (the determination of the is-state of the test person) serves as a comparison standard to the measurements of the body functions in the "modified" environment. During this procedure each control spot of the main meridians or electro acupuncture point is measured, thus 40 meridian points - or bioactive points (BAPs) - each of which has a relative to the surrounding area reduced electrical skin resistance (located approximately 3 mm below the skin surface). As required, additional meridian points can be measured for more precise test results.
Immediately after the reference measurement, the test person is exposed to the "modified" environment, the influences of which are to be determined.
The second measurement was performed by placing a water sample in the measurement area. The sample water was filled in a small test tube (2 ml), which was placed inside the electrode.
When doing the reference tests, all other conditions should remain constant. Therefore, the time between the measurements in the "neutral" and "modified" environments should be as short as possible and all other parameters should stay the same. The test person should not eat or drink, or change clothes, for example.
The tests were performed with the expert system IMEDIS following two methods:
3.2.1 Electric Bio-functional Organometry
Each biological system has a sensitive and complex regulatory system of adaptive and defensive reactions to changes in the conditions of its environment. These changes can manifest on the physical level, as radiations or plainly as new information in the morphogenetic field of the system. The biological system reacts immediately to change, regardless of whether it receives the information with its diverse sensors or from the changes of the bioenergetic information flow. The reaction manifests in detectable changes of the current processes in the body functions, resulting in a new-adaptation of the biofunctional system corresponding to the environment.
The following methods were used to interpret the measurement results:
- 1. Visual examination of the meridian circle diagram.
- 2. Estimates of the "dynamic deviation factor", offered and calculated by the expert system IMEDIS.
The meridian diagrams show the results of the measurements of the control points (on hands and feet) in form of a circle diagram stating the control points. At first, there are two circle diagrams, one for the left and one for the right half of the body. The system allows us to superimpose the diagrams of two tests for comparative analysis. The blue diagram shows the results of the first measurement (= old values), the red diagram shows the results of the second measurement (= new values).

The doubling of the lines in the circle diagrams corresponds to the indicator drop according to Voll and characterizes a deterioration of the biofunctional regulative state of the respective function. This represents the system not being able to sustain the current state of the homeostasis under a minimal stimulus (test stimulus of 1.2 Volt). The instability of the homeostasis is expressed by a continuously declining reading. The first value of the measurement decreases in correspondence with the regulative weakness of the respective functional sector.
The center of the diagrams corresponds to the null value, the two green circles frame the normal area (50 to 65 units). The outer circles define the maximal possible value of 100 units (standardization).
The IMEDIS system offers numerous other display options for a more specific and detailed analysis. They include superposition diagrams, diagrams detailing meridian connections, and tabular evaluation of the test results. A detailed explanation of these features would be beyond the scope of this report.
The "dynamic factor" allows a chronological display of the state of the homeostasis over the course of several measurements. During each measurement, the system monitors the variation of the standard value and calculates the standard deviation. Standard deviation is the median of the integral coefficient of the deviations of the measured points.
The colored columns in the graphic represent the standard deviations of the various functional sectors as deviation factors in percent. The closer (distant) this factor is to zero, the more the body functions approach (leave) the biofunctional optimum.
It is also possible to determine the dynamic factor solely based on the 'bad' bioactive points (BAP). As mentioned above, optimally the standard deviation should be zero. Based on experience, pathological symptoms are likely to be observed if this factor is greater than 10% at all measured points. However, this estimate can be blurred by the fact that the dynamic factor allows no determination of the exact number of meridians that are affected by a deviation from the norm, i.e. different situations can result in the same value. (Example: a dynamic factor of 10 indicates that either several meridians show minor deviations or one meridian shows a major deviation, while the remaining show no deviation.)
To distinguish these scenarios, the IMEDIS system offers the possibility of calculating the median standard deviation only using "bad" meridians. Thus, comparative analysis can be based only on those functional areas, which show the strongest reactions to changes in the environment, and these deviations can further be analyzed in detail.
We performed these tests numerous times with different water samples. The following is an example of a typical test result:
Fig. 1: Circle diagrams of test person K. N. (60), illustrating the effect of SICON-Aqua-Activator water on her homoeostasis. It is obvious that water activated with the SICON-Aqua-Activator considerably reduces the deviations of the homeostasis. With activated water, all meridians are within the norm, except for the Fe- and Al- meridians. In the original state the values for Heart (left), Liver (left), Heart (right) und Liver (right), Lung (right) were outside the norm.
Fig. 2: Comparison of the effects of water activated with the SICON-Aqua-Activator (red) and mineral water from the store (blue) on the same test person. The graphic is self-explanatory. Sparkling mineral water clearly brings almost all meridian values outside the norm.
Figs. 3 and 4: Dynamic deviation factor for test person K.A. Die deviation effects of SICON-Aqua-Activator water and Maria Schutz spring water are positive. In both samples is the dynamic factor 1. If we look at the dynamic at Fig. 4, we see that the effect of the SICON-Aqua-Activator water is even better than the Maria Schutz spring water! SICON-Aqua-Activator water brought 31 of 40 measured control points within the norm compared to only 25 with Maria Schutz spring water. The comparison of the standard deviation parameters shows the same results.
3.2.2 Bioelectric Functional Segmental Diagnostic.
This measurement occurs automatically and cannot be influenced by the tester. The test person is connected with electrodes on feet, hands and the forehead. The test consists of three measurement cycles of the seven conduction pairs of the Biological Active Zones (BAZ) in the order as listed in the following table.
The first measurement is performed at the each of the seven conduction pairs with a constant electrical current of negative and positive polarity (11 uA, 1.21 V). Then, each of the BAZ is stimulated by electric impulses of frequencies from 13 to 30 Hz in the same order as above. After the following control measurement, the BAZ are stimulated a second time, and a later third measurement concludes the three-fold test cycle.
The following table lists the seven conduction pairs and their functional relation to the organs and other areas of the human organism (i.e. their supply/support via the nerves).
The phantom images are interpreted via the dysfunction of the respective areas, which are identified by the respective color according to the scale. The scale ranges from 'nicht festgestellt' (not detected) to 'funktionelle Störungen' (functional disorders) and 'pathologische Störungen' (pathological disorders).

Within the system IMEDIS, both the amplitudes of the measured values and the behavior of the response signal during transmission to the instrument can be accurately analyzed. The system provides the interpretation of these values in form of an integral and a differential diagnostic.
The integral diagnostic includes the following statements about the state of health of the respective test person:
- Type of the unspecific reaction, i.e. the energetic state of the organism.
- Tonus of the vegetative nervous system, i.e. sympathetic or parasympathetic tendency.
- Type of regulation, i.e. the state of the Ca2+-channel permeability, drainage and balance of the catalysts
- Oxygen consumption in the tissue
- State of the immune reaction
- Vegetative irritable syndrome (localization zone)
- Systems with disturbed functions, i.e. qualitative estimates of the dysfunction in cerebro-vascular, cardio-respiratory, gastrointestinal, urogenital, endocrine, hepatobiliary, hepatotoxic or odontological functional areas.
- And several specific criteria and reactions.
With the differential diagnostic the following 6 phantom images of different body areas can be used for analysis:
- Potential target organs
- Analysis of the innervation of the segments
- Analysis of the skin innervation
- Vertebrogenic diagnostic
- Odontogenic diagnostic
- Sympathetic vegetative nervous system
The results gained with these diagnostic options indicate the extent of the disorder, dysfunction or pathology of the respective organ or system. The expert system IMEDIS offers even more detailed analysis options if necessary.
All tests were performed double blind, i.e. neither the experimenter nor the test person knew which sample was tested at a certain time.
Figures 5 and 6 illustrate the is-state of test person K.A.:
Figure 5 shows as is-state a potential organic dysfunction and figure 6 indicates a sympathetic dysfunction of the vegetative nervous system. Clearly there are strong tensions in the left hand and shoulder area, a dysfunction of the thyroid gland, strains around eyes, epiphysis, trigeminal nerve, numerous ganglions in the spine - particularly cervical vertebral column - and heart.
As soon as the test person is introduced to the information corresponding to the SICON-Aqua-Activator, the figures change (fig. 7 and 8). Each dysfunction that originally showed almost pathological developments, is almost completely eliminated!
In comparison, figures 9 and 10 show the effects of the Maria Schutz spring water on the same test person.
4. Conclusion:
In the last decades, everywhere on earth, the environment changed to the worse. Three factors particularly impair our chances of survival:
- permanent electronic smog
- a multitude of new types of chemical substances around us, in our food, our clothes, apartments and in our work environment.
- contamination of air, soil and ground water
In this situation it is particularly important to change our drinking behavior 9,10.
The body needs to be supplied with more liquids and the drinking water should be of especially good quality.
Based on the description above, the SICON-Aqua-Activator sleeves and stirring rods offer a good and reasonable solution for energizing and structuring of the drinking water.
In addition, it should be mentioned that highly structured water - water with large, well formed clusters - easily flushes and dissolves solid particles e.g. carbonates.
Hazardous substances in drinking water (e.g. nitrates), though not physically annihilated, are flushed easier out of the human body.
These substances dissolve easier in water systems and are less likely to form deposits inside machinery. If your tap water contains carbonates, you can easily perform the following little experiment. Fill one container with activated water, and another one with regular tap water and leave them for a while. After a while you will see that while carbonatic deposits exist in both containers, they are easily removed from the one with activated water. With regular tap water, the carbonates stick to the walls and bottom and can hardly be removed.
